SHIPPING:

At The Kind Favor, our goal is to make sure your party favors are never a source of last minute stress ahead of your event. We pride ourselves on both our custom service and responsiveness to our time sensitive clients.

Below is our recommended purchase timing based on the type of favor & date of your event:

  • Ready to Ship Collection: Orders will be mailed within 5 business days of purchase
  • Custom Favors: Orders will be mailed one week (7 days) before your event as long as the order is made at least four weeks in advance.
  • Guest Choice: Orders will be mailed one week (7 days) before your event as long as the order is made at least six weeks in advance. 

PLEASE NOTE:
Your order will arrive at the shipping speed You selected at checkout. We are not able to change
your shipping speed once your order is placed.


Occasionally, Your items may arrive damaged from shipping. If this occurs, please contact us at
orders@thekindfavor.com and We will make every reasonable effort to fix the situation. Often, it is the carrier’s fault and the best course of action in this instance is to contact the delivery service about their damage to Your order.

Please note that we are only able to ship to locations within the continental United States at this time.
